How many miles?
Wires start to go sometimes at 20,000 miles - replace plugs at the same time - gap at 0.040.
At every 50,000 miles if an auto, have the transmission flushed - requires a flushing machine - runs about $200.
At 100,000 have the timing belt, tensioner, and water pump changed - wide variation in cost - a low of $400 to $1200.
Other minor crap - turn signal switch, cam sensor... nothing big.

Unless you have a verifiable record of a recent timing belt change, park the car until you get it done!!
