Default 2006-09 Battery

I was just reading through the United Kingdom PT forum and found a thread that talked about a dead battery. The owner called the AA (Road Service) and the mechanic and owner spent some time trying to locate the dead battery. Turns out it was under the passenger seat.

Is that the same place as the U.S. PT Cruiser battery is located on the 06-09's? First time I've read about it.

Battery is still under the air cleaner for the 2006 - 2009's at least on our '06 & '08.

That's where it is on diesel PTs - "tractors" they call 'em.
