Default How to Bleed thePower Steering System

I just installed the P/S Pump and have a lot of air on the lines. The dealer wants 100.00 to bleed the system. Has anyone done this and if you have how it is done. Thanks I'm desperate since I changed the P/S Pump and the Rack & Pinon also.
