Default Who has Changed any of the hoses

I have a question and wondered if people who have had any of the hoses replaced either because they were leaking and/or as a preventative measure could chime in and give us the details like; which hose, engine(turbo vs non turbo), model year and mileage when you changed them.

I have just shy of 100K in my 03 and guess I will change them out when I do my radiator.

I guess I would rather change my hoses early rather than have one fail.

Just curious if some have experienced any failures.

I just purchased new mopar

Oil Cooler Coolant Feed
Oil Cooler Coolant Return

Heater coolant Feed
HEater Coolant Return

Upper Rad hose
Lower Rad hose

Power Steering High Pressure Feed/section to Radiator cooler(for turbo cars)
Power Steering Low Pressure from Rad Cooler to pump

Turbo Coolant Feed
Turbo Coolant Return

Turbo Oil Feed
Turbo Oil Return

Bumping this up.

So no one here has changed any of the hoses?? I would think by now , the early ones 01-03 would have changed some, especially the radiator hoses.

Have an '02 Limited. 103,000 miles. Never changed a hose. Now that I've said this, one will probably bust tomorrow.

My '03 GT burst a small coolant hose at about 70K. It was on the upper driver's side of the block (could be a heater hose.) I replaced it with 3/8" fuel line temporarily. I'll replace all the coolant hoses once the weather clears up (no garage) with Goodyear high-milers (the car's Electric Blue so I want to detail the engine bay with blue.)

My wife's '03 GT had a pin-hole leak in the PS Hose pressure line at about 60K. Temp fixes didn't work so I had to replace it, which was a PITA. Service manual says to drain and remove the radiator, which I didn't do and probably should have... Otherwise is nigh-well impossible to get at the lines by the PS pump to loosen or tighten them.

I've also had constant leaks from the PS cooler/return line in the radiator. Not because the hoses were bad - they just don't seal against the tube very well. I replaced the factory spring clamp with two hose clamps on both cars, but on the wife's it still leaks. I plan to try fuel injection clamps (smooth sides) next, or maybe one of those Gates bands you set permanently with a heat gun.

Take care,
