I got this message the other day on my 2001 touring edition manual. Research says it might be the computer is shot! ouch. The only issue with the car is it idles fast until you come to a complete stop. Push in the clutch as you come to a stop and the idle speed is about 2300 and then drops to 900. Could it be the throttle body sticking ?...I cleaned it but only with spray. No change Did not take it off. Or could it be the throttle position sensor (TPS) or the (IAC) idle air control? If I replaced one or both would that fix the problem?

Possibly the IAC. You can try and take it off, take it apart and clean it but if your not sure what your doing, you can just replace it.
