The previous owner had the timing belt and water pump done on this car and I assume that they took off the A/C lines to do it as the repair manual says. I put a can of r-134a in it tonight and the compressor kicked on and the vents are blowing cold. Then I shut the motor off and I hear hissing. I found the place but I need to know what kind of seal or o-ring maybe belongs at the
following connection: The line on the left (high side) is leaking at this joint

Can't help but I believe it was just an O ring. Mine was leaking in the exact same place after the dealer fixed my power steering pump and forget to tighten it all back together. Did you try just tightening it down to see if the leak stops?

Yes I did try tightening it down and it didn't stop the leak. However, when I loosened it the leak got louder. I was just looking around and saw the service manuals on this site. I looked through that I found that there are o-rings in there so maybe it got torn when they hooked the lines back up or maybe it's just not seated correctly.
