airbag signal keeps going off?

I own a 2001 pt cruiser and the airbag sensor keeps going off! Before this issue My horn didnt work unless I tilted my steering wheel back and forth and my stereo light would go out also until I moved my tilt? Please help!

Seems like I've heard of your problems before and it turned out to be the wiring harness that runs down the steering column was being pinched. Not sure how it was fixed.

I was researching and found out about a clockspring. That would explain the no horn and no stereo light. But when signal for airbag goes off the horn still works. So im thinkn its a seat sensor? plus clockspring for horn ect. thanx for response! I need to find a scanner for the airbag system to see if i have codes. Does anyone know where I can get one to use?
