Help finding Motor Mount Bracket/Flange? Upper

My friend has a 2002 base model PT Cruiser and the rather disreputable used car dealer she got it from sold it without an upper passenger side/right motor mount. We got the single piece mount, but now there's apparently nothing to bolt it on to on the actual engine - just a flange with bolt holes and no upper bracket piece. The part she's missing is in this photo (recycled from a previous pic posted in these forums).

When the Chrysler parts guys look up the motor mount, the diagram shows the upper 'half' of the bracket that bolts down onto that flange on the engine... And it's affixed to the larger rounded end that goes on the engine itself, BUT this mount we have now doesn't have anything like that!

The parts guy says we need to order the whole mount and it's $160+. On ebay, they are cheaper but it looks like the mounts come without that necessary bracket/piece.

Help? I can't find a PT Cruiser at any local or online salvage yards, or at least none that will sell me any mount-related items (??).

Did you ever locate your part? I've got an extra mounting bracket off a 2002 AT.
