Default NEW BUYER QUESTION: JUMPING A PT CRUISER?

I have a 2001 PT CRUISER touring edition that I recently purchased from an auction, I was looking under the hood today and noticed that it only had a POSTIVE terminal , so how I would I jump the car?

The metal piece in the front of the radiator but not on the radiator towards the battery, it's labeled but hard to see, but any piece of metal frame would do.
