Hey i just bought the dream cruiser 0770 in Wisconsin series 2. It's about 128xxx miles. Rockerpanles are rust all to hell. It dosnt have the stock rims anymore I guess. And it's also missing . The floor mats. But it's in decent shape. Tranny is jumpy in fourth gear. I wanna save it a restore it to great shape. It's interior is perfect. No tears. Has an auto stick. I love this ride just bought it two day ago from a dealer whom had no idea what he had. Paid 1500 for it. And it's really in decent shape. Undè side is still orange and black. So not sure why rockerpanles are totally fine. But any advice or idea on how to save this ride would be awesome.

I'll help with your registry (I found this forum trying to figure out how many Series 2 Dream Cruisers were made); I own one with the auto stick, number 1776, I'm in Burkburnett, TX. Awesome car, going to need some work though, trying to figure out how to get concrete off of the roof, it was in the Houston area (Spring more specifically) when my Daughter and Son-in-law bought it (purchased in Conroe, TX by them, used). They moved up here, it needed a bit of front end work, tires, etc, they recently sold it to me. Needs a lot of cleaning up, but I'm glad to have the car. It has just over 141,000 miles on the odometer.

That's a neat number. Although they are not tied to the actual build cycle.

Not sure anyone even cares anymore, lol, but I found Series 2 #1585 dead in a junkyard yesterday in Sherwood Oregon. Saw another one in a Portland junkyard about 3 years ago but all the badging was gone, so I do not know which number that one was. I am certain by now they are dropping like flies. I still have and love mine, Series 2 #1191.

I have seen several Orange Dream Cruisers for sale on the "PT CRUISERS FOR SALE" Fakebook Page.
One or two were great buys and in very good condition! (NO RUST) But, one low mileage one was asking $11,000!!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]()
