Default Caliper Mounting Bolt Torque ?

Replacing front rotors and pads on a 2002 PT.

I can't seem to find the bolt torque settings for the slide pins and the caliper bracket mounting bolts (18mm). Is there a sticky or posting with all the normal torque settings that I can't find?

Thanks!
