There's also a free download on this forum if you look on the top of the Tech & Performance section of this forum.

This may or may not help, but I have an 06 and have the chrysler 4 volume service manual set. If there is something that you are looking for specifically, I can try and look it up for you.

looking for a electrical diagram for rear wipers,up to and inculding the rear wiper switch,no power to one of the wires on the motor,if I jump it with a hot wire it works fine, replaced the switch-still no go,the switch crosses over with about 6 or 7 signal wires into the mulitfunction switch, and from there into no mans land,I am playin in the dark on this one, everthing on the car works except the rear wipers, even the rear washer work,we have own car since new, this is first problem with car,I like a car that everything works as intended.

The factory service manual is copyrighted material and would be a violation of copyright laws to post it here for free.

Here's the wiring diagram for the wiper system. Both the front wipers and the rear wipers are fed off the TIPM. You probably have a bad connection or a short between the TIPM and the rear wiper motor.

Try this.

Edit: Crewzin, why does this keep converting to .jpg and reducing to a rediculously small size?
