Default 2005 LE Turbo

Boy, when see the profile in the evening twilight , you know why you drive a cruiser!!!

Personally speaking this also seems to be the most comfortable time to drive the Car too, as the A/C keeps going D/C!

We have taken the car back to the yard a few times, each time the Freon has been replaced, then pressure checked, initially the car held the freon but the pressure was higher than the manufacturers tolerance level. After a week it refused to blow cold and we were told that the surge valve was faulty. After 10 days the AC is blowing hot again and we don't know what to do.....

any advice?

On an occasion the engine warning light comes on, indicating that the surge valve in the fuel system is faulty, are they connected ?

It is possible your radiator fan motor is shot. In the performance section it tells how to check the fan and also how to do the "key dance" which you may need at sometime in the future.

Welcome -
Find another place to go for A/C - tell the new place you've had refills before - there should be stuff they can put in to detect where leak is.
Dunno what a fuel system surge valve is....
What code are you getting?
How to retrieve fault codes.
