Well finally decided i'd give it another go. Something broke now it just spins but wont come all the way out. How do i get at it from the inside? I took all those screws out and it feels like its going to break something but no clips or anything come out/loose. Help PLEASE! I'm trying to sell it so i need to get this done.

if you have tiny hand you can get behind the tail lights by passing your hand under the left side of the bumper and goind up into a small hole, you will probably need to go under the car with a flashlight to find it... and hope its and easy one because there will not be alot of room to move and you won't see what you're doing

NO. Did you try sliding the whole light up and out. There's two clips, one on either side holding the sides of the light in. Try sliding the light up or to the sides where one or both of the clips will let go and let you get it out enough to work on the stuck bolt.

The bolt/screw is only held in by a small clip with a hole in the middle where the bolt screws into. If you can get hold of the head of the bolt with a locking pliers, start unscrewing and pulling on it at the same time.

Well, I'm out of suggestions except to get the biggest screwdriver that will fit the bolt and turn it for all your worth. Good luck.
