Default No Fuse on display

04 non turbo Touring.
Power Door locks, Chime, Interior lights not working. Get a "NO FUSE" in Odo when key on.
I searched the threads and saw the reference's to the IOD fuse in the Dist. Panel, but that fuse is not blown. Just to be safe i put in a new one, but didn't help.
Anyone got any other idea's as to which direction to go now?
In looking at the wiring diagram, it looks like it goes thru the Multi-switch enroute to the driver's side door lock switch. Am i seeing something wrong?
All function's of the Multi-switch seem to work OK.

Turn the engine on. Do the locks and interior lights work now? If so, you have a problem with the IOD fuse.

The IOD fuse is the only fuse that will display "NO FUSE" in the odometer when it's blown/removed.
