Default PT -- metric nuts & bolts?

The time has come to put some wrenches in my 2001 PT.

Should I buy Metric wrenches, or imperial?

The car lives at a commuter train station 50 miles from home, so I can't just try a couple bolts to see what fits.

THe immediate need is to remove the battery, and from searching the forum it appears that the battery cable terminals need a 10mm wrench. That is great info.

But are all (or at least most) of the bolts on the car metric? Or do I need both metric and imperial?

I figure if I'm gonna buy one 10mm wrench to get the battery out I might as well buy a full set...

Thanks in advance!

It's seems like everything is metric, you can get a set that has both that won't set you back much. In fact I was just at advanced auto parts and they were having a 10% off sale. Their tools aren't the greatest but if your a weekend mechanic like me they are more than good enough.

Yes, definitely metric. Most of the nuts/bolts on the PTs (from my experience) should be either a 10mm or 13mm.
