Mechanics cannot figure out this hesitation

I have taken my 2005 turbo Pt Cruiser to three different mechanics and spent over 600 dollars and I still have the same problem..
My car hesitates when I first start driving it...but not everytime..Sometimes it is so bad my car just stops...I can turn it off crank it back up and it runs fine...Sometimes I can keep pushing the gas and it will just start going normal again...No backfiring...Just nothing when I push the gas...Engine lights on 02 sensor codes...Had them replaced...new plugs ...new wires...oil light comes on sometimes...had that sensor replaced....It never does it while driving down the highway ..usually when I just start driving...Nothing showed up when I had it diagnosed....My sensoe lights and codes still showing up...
If anyone has had this problem please tell me what it could be...Thanks

You've answered your own question. You check engine light is still on, with the same codes, so obviously the problem was not corrected.

Did you use OEM parts or aftermarket?

Replace the parts with OEM parts only. Just because you may be getting a code for an O2 sensor doesn't mean it's definately the sensor itself. You need to have that diagnosed because it could be the circuit, the wiring, or even the PCM.

You shouldn't have paid anything if the mechanics were unable to diagnose the problem. A mechanic only gets paid for a job when the job is complete.

I am having pretty much the same problem with mine. It has not died completly....really boggs down...then it goes. It throws no codes. No telling when it will happen.
