Check the owners manual for location of the fuses. There's an ignition start fuse in the PDC (Power Distribution Center) which is located in the engine compartment under the air filter. There's no fuse for the ECM or the OBD connector.

P2302 ignition coil #1 secondary circuit, insufficient ionization
Set condition: if the PCM detects that the secondary ignition burn time is incorrect or not present, and error is detected. Possible causes: spark plug ignition wire ignition coil If I were you I'd put the old coil pack back in. The original coil pack very seldom causes anyone any trouble but aftermarket electrical parts do cause problems. Also check to see if the wires are seated correctly and make sure the gap on the plugs is correct.

.05 is not too large. In fact, that's right within Chrysler spec.
However, Hooligan is correct that you should re-gap the plugs to .040. There is a TSB out for 2004 model years that calls for a smaller gap (.040) if you're experiencing drivability or running problems with your current gap (.050) Try the smaller gap and let us know what happens.
