2001 cruiser limited will not crank at all :(

i bought this cruiser from a auction its a 2001 limited eddition with 97k miles
has spoiler with dual exaust and billet grill oh and the side steps

bt the sad part the engine wont even turn manually

i tryed turning it by the crank screw thats in the passanger wheel bay.

took off the valve cover and stuff but still nothing

could anyone suggest anything really

Any signs the car was under water and now everything is rusted. I take it there was no chance of looking over the PT before you bought it? Taking off the valve cover doesn't get into the internals that could be severely damaged. Like Hooligan suggested, the timing belt could have broken and now valves have collided and stuck.

Cars aren't usually sent to auction in the bast of shape. Mainly it couldn't be sold or even traded in by the previous owner, unless of course you picked it up at Barrett Jackson.

Did the vehicle drive through the auction lane or was it pushed?

If it was a valve problem, you'd still be able to turn the engine at least a little. Like maybe a quarter turn or so. I'm thinking it's probably got a seized block.
