Default Rear door step pad

I'm posting this here instead of the interior forum because this seems to be the most viewed forum. What I'm showing is a pic of a rear step I made for our PT we recently purchased. As you all know there are no factory rear step pads for the PT and I have never understood why. The aftermarket pads are usually metal and more decorative than functional. I have a roll of ribbed material I have had for years and decided to make my own. They don't quite match the front pads but are close enough and I think look pretty good. The best part is they are also functional. If anyone is interested in having a set they can contact me and we can discuss price. They mount with 3M double side tape.

Merlin,
You posted "rear step pad" photo.
But, the photo is of the door jam area.
Did you do the same to the rear bumper step pad area?

I did a one of a kind that has been copied a few times now.
With the 2006 after not having an OEM rear step pad, I had Line-X (bed liner) sprayed on therear step pad of soonercruiser (over some lettering I had made.) It's durable enough tpo take my golf spikes constantly.

My mistake I meant to call it a scuff plate. I did install a rear step pad that I salvaged off my 02 before it was salvaged. Got the trunk liner, front Weathertech PT mats, and the window rain vents as well. Everything fit perfectly so no changes from 02 to 09 in those areas.

Rear step pad from 05 to 06 is a different shape.

Sooner since we went from an 02 to an 09 I know very little about models in between. The 02 step pad fit perfectly on the 09 so I just assumed it would fit anything else in between.
