Default t-4 Turbo rebuild....HELP

Just bought an 05 GT conv. The turbo is locked up. I took it off this weekend and found it's locked up. I did some research and found a rebuild kit online. Anyone ever do this? I have it torn down to the shaft housing and the bearing races seem fine. The bearings do not. lol. I have some detailed instructions from Turbododge.com but also have some others saying it's VERY hard to get it right.... My compressor housing is fine, but looking for a new cartridge so I don't have to rebuild. Any help is appreciated.

What about the posting you made in the "want to buy" section of this forum? I gave you 3 links of people that are selling new cartridges.
