Default Center console removal

Can someone - please - describe procedure of center console removal?

I removed 4 screws and rear window switch, but the parking brake lever gets in my way.

Thanks!

Lift the parking lever as straight as you can and lift the console up. You may have to remove the shift ball if you are going to take the console all of the way off.

Hey their lukaric,

Looks like Hooligan has you covered already, but here is a short description for ya just for the sake of it.

FLOOR CONSOLE REMOVAL: 2001 - 2005 MODELS

To remove the console, pull back on the e-brake as far as possible, undo the four screws, and unscrew the lumbar handle if your car is so equipped. Next put the seats in the reclined position and move them all the way back.Lift the console enough to get your hand under it and undo the socket plug and the window switches.Pull up on the rear of the console pressing in on the back ends a little and push forward and upward clearing the e-brake.

If you have any more questions, please feel free to look me up anytime.

Just follow the written instructions above. Not hard. Go a step at a time. There's no need for a video or photo's. Better yet, you can take photo's as you do yours and be the first to show them.

There's no video's on Youtube because there's always too much cussing while trying to remove the console. If you have a manual transmission that's a good time to replace the booger bushings, on the shifter linkage.
