what could be the problem and what can i do

Who diagnosed the metal (particles) in your oil? If you did by simply feeling the oil in your dipstick, you should have known to get it to a trusted mechanic to find out what's wrong. Apparently there's probably some major damage to the internals of your engine.

No I didn't feel it from the dip stick I took the oil pan down after draining the oil and then i feel and seen the particles But I didn't had it diagnosed
