Default General body design of the PT.

There are things I like and things I don't about the PT. I'm really starting to not enjoy most engine work. Is it me or did they design the body and the frame of the car, look at what they had done and thought "Now that is sharp". Now lets try and figure out how to cram an engine and tranny in there.

Really makes me miss my 75 Impala with the small block V8. We could sit on the fenders with our legs in there. Sometimes I really miss that big boat.

I agree, repairs are a little more difficult on the PT than on most cars but they just look so cool.

I traded a New Beetle for my PT - trust me - by comparison the PT is a piece of cake!!!

All modern cars are like the PT underhood - just go and look.

Lets see

Plugs and wires piece of cake

Oil filter piece of cake

Suspension, strut and shocks, very simple.

Only PITA is the water pump and timing belt.

Have you worked on any Hondas lately, good luck!

i do agree about the "leg room" in the engine bay. i used to do the same thing w/my 96 Ram. but you should've kept the impala, that's my thought, not because of what some may say about the PT, WHICH THEY'RE TOTALLY WRONG, but i'm a GM person too, so i would've kept it. sorry I'm just blithering idiot, lol, that's for Chromenut, but anyways i don't know where i was going with this. PT's kick ass tho. enjoy
