i have an 06 touring that did not have fogs installed , if you installed the fog lights ,you also have to change your multi function switch the old one was not set up for fog lights and as i remember you have to have the stealership flash the computor for the fogs to work,as far as the key fob mine works sometime and some times not i give it a wack and it works, when it stops completly ill use the spare

mine came with the wires also this was an option that was offered in 06,the multifunction switch is your turn signal switch on the left side of the steering wheel if you have the fog light option on it ,,you would pull out on the end cap and turn it,i dont think you have that ,your other option would be to put in a switch somewhere on your dash to turn on the fog's

Pardon me for asking, but HOW did you try to turn them ON after you put them in ??? If you don't have the correct multi-function switch with the pull knob on the end as mityquik explained to you I'm curious to find how what you did ?? Pre-wiring means nothing as lot of cars come pre-wired for options that weren't added when the car was bought.

Yeah I went through this situation actually...

I ordered the Mopar 06+ fog light kit which I only needed really half of what came with it as the wires were there. But you gotta have the dealership activate the fog lights which requires them to access the computer and what not. Ran me 100$ for the Mopar Kit and another 100$ to have my fog lights turned on.

Going to need that multifunction switch that pulls out though to use the fogs.
