Default Fitting a car kit microphone

Evening all,

I have a 2004 Export (UK) PT Cruiser.
Trying to fit a new Parrot car kit - have all the audio side of things sorted, but not quite sure / where how to route the microphone cable up (from the CD Player bay) to place he microphone somewhere near the rear view mirror.

Anyone have a rough guide of how to to get the cable out & up there?

I know the mopar add on kit u-connect just go to the top of the a-pillar. Seems like rear view mirror or a-pillar is about the same distance from your voice. Shouldn't be to hard to route over to the a-pillar and go to the top.

i agree. you could just run the wire behind the radio, under the dash and up through the pillar. only thing is, your gonna have to take the dash apart. not that hard but if it's your first time, you may want to give yourself like an hour or two to get it done. you can use this as a guide but since our models are different there maybe a few things you have to do differently How To:2nd Gen Cluster & Pass Airbag Removal but it's pretty much the same. remove the pillars and then the dash
