Google or yellow pages.

Even in a small town you should be able to find a shop that'll rebuild your transmission. I'd do my homework to find a reputable shop that does good work, don't expect someone to do the homework for you.

if every gear grinds, i would think it might be the clutch. just something to think about before shelling out money for a tranny.

I agree .... clutch. Can you get it in every gear when engine off? That Getrag is about 3 times the price of the one in my N/A Cruiser new ..... dealer price is more than I paid for my Cruiser.

You might want to get into the Turbo area and ask them there which clutch kit they recommend. The turbo in my VW helped me eat up that expensive Dual Mess flywheel/clutch/pressure plate combo, I put one in that holds 60% more HP and twice the TQ at less than 25% the $2000 dealer price for OEM.

I would take out the battery and inspect the ends of the shifter cables, the bushings in the ends of the cabels could be worn out and need repalcement.
If one has fallen apart your shifting problem could be that versus the clutch or anything inside the transaxle.

Look up Booger bushings. 25$ cheap repair.
