Default clicking in wheels

I had some work done on my pt cruiser and after there was a clicking noise. checked everything and thought it was a wheel bearing or cv joint. as it turned out it was caused by the new tires {goodyear triple tread| they have a very wide edge that causes the plastic wheel cover to bind and when you are driving the wheel cover snap in and out of the tire. so I had to gind a little of the wheel cover and the noise is gone
