Default new article about the pt

Came across this new article about the pt, which seems unkind. Don't think the pt deserves such a bashing.

What an ass, time bomb engine??? This guy did very little research. In all my years I never knew of a car so loved by it's owners. Sure it has a few warts but what car doesn't?

Are you freaking serious,
"On the negative side, plenty of drivers carped about the PT’s annoyingly large turning circle, which made parking manoeuvres tricky."
yeah, drive a 98 dodge ram for a year, then get into the pt and then lets hear what you have to say about the turning radius.

What douche wrote this, and what douche's was he interviewing?

Actually Danny, those figures are pretty close to actual MPGs and to be honest the PT does have pretty poor MPG. Litres/100 km is the stupid way us Canadians use.

14.5 L/100 km == 16.2 MPG and 10.5 == 22.4 MPG.
My last couple of highway trips were about 9.8 L/100 km or 24 MPG according to the onboard computer

I agree with the gas mileage bit.These cars get poor mileage and there is no excuse for it.I know a lot of people say it's because they are heavy and shaped like a brick.If that's the case then why do the HHR and Scion and several others get over 30 mpg's?I love the PT and think it is one of the coolest cars on the road but Chrysler really dropped the ball when it comes to fuel economy.
That didnt stop us from getting 3 PT's so far though.

The people he interviewed are those folks who only get it inspected and change the brakes when they start squeeling so bad they shatter glass.

My pt has decdnt mpg, but i know my front drivers side wheel baring will need replaced next yr

Some people could have everything they ever asked for and still be miserable. If they aren't happy with their PT's, why do they still have them?
