I had Sensatrac with the Eibachs in my wife's N/A and it was too bouncy because those shocks are not made for lowered cars. When the car is lowered the shock's piston it's not working were it was designed to, that's why I recommend going with blue Tokicos, because they are made for cars lowered up to 2".
When I put the Eibachs on my Dream Cruiser I kept the OEM shocks and it was too stiff, so just change them for the Tokicos and it rode a lot smother.
In the other hand you will ALWAYS get a stiffer ride when you lower a car

I went to the blue Tokico shocks and struts after I upgraded to the 17 inch GT wheels. I run about 37-38 psi in mine. I also have the Eibach lowering kit before there was such a thing as the Eibach Pro Kit. Back in 2001 there wasn't a heck of a lot of choice in after market parts.

I wondered if the monroes were made for lowered vehicles.

I ordered twice the tokicos and they are not available now for some reason.

I guess I will wait and see.

What does the nitrogen do anyway? Ive heard about it but never thought much about it.

No, the Monroe Sensatrac are not made lowered cars. The nitrogen has a lot of benefits ( just google it ), one of them is that you don't have to check tire pressure so often because it wont leak. I put them on my tires last year and still have 40 lbs.
