Default sway bar or FRONT UPPER STRUT BAR

Can someone tell me what the differnts is? I read the gt strut bar info and where to go on ebay for it. LOVE THE PRICE!!!!!! (1)But Do they both do the same thing? (2) Do you need the rear bar when you put the front bar on? I have a 05 pt touring vert.Thanks for any info you send my way, xtreme

Strut bar ties the 2 shock columns together, is cheap, and you WILL feel an improvement - just be careful with the nuts - they are easy to strip.
Front sway bar you already have, so if you don't go with a thicker one, there is no point doing it. A rear sway bar disappeared in '03 - I went with a 3/4" thick one.

If you want to beef up your front sway, find a vert in a junkyard and grab the front sway off it. You won't find one made any beefier to fit the PT. Believe me, I wasted a lot of time trying to find an upgrade for mine...cause I'm stupid....

Also, sway bar is to reduce that, sway. Tower strut brace reduces body roll and yaw. Completely different issues. Together, they'll make your PT corner like it's on rails. Course a rear sway would help too.....
