Yes, it's the blackout grill from Streamline design. In most pictures and when the sun is high, the vertical part of the grill goes away leaving only the horizontal bars.

OOOohhhh thanks Crewzin, that makes sense. Now I like that. I wonder about maybe just painting those vertical bars with a matte finish black???
