Default Water Leak From Under Passenger Side Dash

Looking for some help. Got an intermittent water leak from under the passenger side dash. Oddly, only leaks in occassional trickles, clear water, no antifreeze. Seems to be dripping off the fan pictured. Any clues the source?

TIA

JT

Does is happen when you are using the AC? if it does, it has to be water condensation from the AC evaporator. It supposed to have a hose to drain it outside, but probably dirt clogged it. You will need to get under the car and try to find it and stick a wire or something to unclog it so the water drains out.

I agree, probably a clog in the drain line. It is on the firewall, under the hood, roughly in the center and hangs down about a foot or so... Kinda looks like a vacuum line that isn't connected to anything...

Thanks guys, I think you hit the nail on the head. Does seem to be ac related. Now all I got to do is find that drain line.

I just posted regarding the same problem with my car! Thanks for the info! Can someone please send me a picture of what the a/c drainage hose looks like?

I did see a hole that had a little water coming through it, but it looked to be part of the frame, not a hose. This would be found underneath the car, right? Please forgive my ignorance, normally, my husband would be doing the mechanic work, but he's out of town and I kind of need my car working.

Open the hood an look towards the rear of the engine compartment on the passenger side. There is a small 90 degree tube there
