Default Newbie to PT's, question on front accessory panel

I just picked up a 2002 Base PT and on the front accessory panel there are the rear defrost, rear wiper and that's it. But when I pull that panel off, there are 3 pigtails in the back. Is the 3rd incase I had a front accessory jack? Thanks!

Mattie

Pull the rubber plug out on the front its a liter jack or your phone charger ect.

There's no socket behind the plug. If you look again, that extra pigtail sits between the rear wiper and where that socket wuld be. Unless its wired up for a 12v Jack and wasn't equipped with a socket from factory?

Yep your right. Will have to look into that. In the mean time check the owenrs manual in the dash components.

That would be for the traction control on/off switch, for a car with abs and 4 wheel disc brakes.

That's what I came up with in the 04 manual also.

...and if you don't have the ABS the extra spaces come in handy for all kinds of accessories.
