I just picked up a 2002 Base PT and on the front accessory panel there are the rear defrost, rear wiper and that's it. But when I pull that panel off, there are 3 pigtails in the back. Is the 3rd incase I had a front accessory jack? Thanks!

There's no socket behind the plug. If you look again, that extra pigtail sits between the rear wiper and where that socket wuld be. Unless its wired up for a 12v Jack and wasn't equipped with a socket from factory?

...and if you don't have the ABS the extra spaces come in handy for all kinds of accessories.
