Default Question about dash lighting.

Is it possible to change the dash and gauge lighting from the stock green? I want to put in electric blue to match my interior LEDs.

I've got the color choice down, I just need to know how to go about changing them. Are there bulbs behind the gauges and ac controls? If so, how do I change them?
