Unhappy What to do?

Hey everyone,
New PT Cruiser here. Someone keyed my car on the driver side all the way to the back wheel. Any suggestions that will not require me to spend tons of money for a new paint job?

Thank you
Darryl

Now that sux! Find Candyman here on the forums, he's an expert at paint. There are a couple others here who also might qualify as such.

Unfortunately I bought it that way. I do not think the insurance will help. But thank you for suggesting it.

Up at the top, click on the link for New Posts. Candyman just posted in the thread "the great debate". Go there, when you see his post, click on his name and it will show you his info and say do you want to PM him. The dude's fabulous with paint.

Also, if you're in Cali, you might be able to get him to look at it to see if it needs paint or can be rubbed out.

well we all knwo Cnadyman is like awesome but if its keyed down to the metal all you acn do is to get it some place that can paint it you could do some work and sand it done get it all preped but a long key mark is a pain hard to fix on your own and not have it look like you fixed it
How bad is the Scratch???
How long??
how Deep??
What color car??
and whe is the mark???

You could always wait a year then claim it on insurance as if it just happened... But karma is a b****
