Exclamation 3rd Radiator fan motor in 6th months........

My 2002 2.4L Limited (N/A) has went through 3 Radiator fan motors in the last 6 months. They are not OEM, i bought them from a local dealer. They honor the warranty, but the last time it stopped workin i overheated to the point i sprung a leak @ my water pump. So replaced the water pump, Timing belt and all that goodness while i was in there. Installed the replacement Rad fan and 2 weeks later the fan was not coming on again. This time when i removed it i noticed that the connecter had gotten hot enough to melt a small part of the plastic inside the connector. This had not happened before.
All new relays ( as of the 2 fan motor ). My question is , Why is this thing going through Fans like candy? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I would say you had a bad connector causing all of your problems.

Thanks chigger_ns, I'll replace that and see I can last longer than a month.
