Default bad PT rims

I had the original 16" chrome rims on my PT.
Last week when i tried to put it back on the car(I am in Canada i have an other set of rims and tires for winter) it leaks!!! badly!! 8 hrs then the tire are flat. Took to the tire shop twice because the rims are badly ate up so the tires and rims won't seal. It's not just the edge of the rims, center of inside the rims too. The Car is only 133k km (83k ) and half of the time the rims are not even use!
Is anyone have the same problem with me?? or just me having bad luck?

here is new rims and tires

They corrode around the bead and start to leak. You can try grinding them, but I doubt you'll be successful. For my 2001, I was fortunate to purchase almost new aluminum wheels that had the same look, just not chrome. My 2005 has factory aluminum wheels with no leaks.

No, they fixed twice already, grinding etc everything the tire shop can do. I am so sad because the UHP tires on that 16" rims only used for 1 summer!

There's no real fix. it's just a patch. I tried it too, but they still leaked. You may want to find a good set of used rims before the tires get damaged.
