Default '04 codes read 0522,0335. Stalling at stopsigns and lights?

My car has been stalling or sputtering out at stop signs and lights. Sometimes catching when accelerating. When the check engine light was on the codes read 0522 & 0335. Are these symptoms of the codes? Thank you...any help is appreciated.

P0335 Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
P0522 Engine Oil Pressure Sensor/Switch Circuit Low Voltage

I would think that the CPS would certainly cause rough running conditions

On an 04, the CPS/CKP is behind the starter.

As usual, all above are correct. Change the CPS first, and make sure you buy an OEM one, not some cheapo Chinese made after-market sensor, it will not last and for some reason the PT's don't work well on after-market sensors.

Ignore the second fault until you get the CPS swapped. Once that's complete, pull the negative lead off your battery for at least 5 minutes. Suggest stepping on the brake pedal a few times to quicken the bleed-off of any redundant charge on the circuits.

After that, your codes will be cleared until they occur again. After swapping the CPS, drive for a couple of days then do the 'key dance' and see if you are still exhibiting any other error codes.

Wow! Y'all are quick! Well, I changed the cam shaft sensor about 3 months ago and the code I have for that is 0344. I have the engine oil pressure sensor switch circuit low voltage for 0522. I hope I'm not on a too far off path

Yep, your right. The old Oil Pressure sensor. As Chromenut stated, change the Chankshaft sensor first, clear all the codes and if the p0522 comes back, pick up a sensor from the dealer and go at it. Some took the battery and air filter off to get easy access to the pressure sensor.

Hello all, new guy here. Having the same sluggish, stall, won't start, codes p0335/p0522 problems. Took it to a local shop and they raped me. Brought it home and the problems started again. They changed crnk/cam sensor, oil pressure sensor. I suspect cheap parts to be the culprit. How important is it that the part be Mopar, not Autozone? I'll let you know the outcome.

The Crank and Cam sensors definitely need to be OEM but not sure about the OIL Pressure sensor.
