Unhappy How to improve the mileage? thanks

I have a 2006 touring.
The mileage I get now is about 13-14.
I try to seafoam the car last week, but dose not change anything.

and when the car is idle, there is a obvious vibration even in gear N.

Anybody know how to improve it?

Thank you very much.

Correct tire pressure has one of the biggest influences in MPG. Check and correct it early in the morning with no sun on the tires. I recommend to read what the tire max. psi is instead of the OEM recommendation unless you are still running exactly what it came from the manufacturer with. Then go -4-6psi below that. Guaranteed to increase the MPG!
You should routinely check your tires wear pattern and tire pressure at least at every other fill up, 500 miles or sooner.

Some vibration is common with this type of engine. You may not be use to it experienced based from previously owned and driven vehicles?

Thank you.
So what psi you suggest? I do not understand "the tire max. psi ". How to know the max psi?
I also plan to change the spark plug and clean the throttle body and IAC recently.

I only used seafoam to it.
There is no check engine light on.
I checked the air filter, it is very clean.

I have not check the tire pressure yet.
I remember the recommended value is 35 psi?

Look on the side of the tire all that small information you will see what the tire is rated for. In that language you will see Max.Psi . Then follow my suggestion for filling.

I just checked my rear tire, and found that the edge tread wear much more than the center tread.
So I think the pressure is a little bit lower than the standard.

The desired situation should be the the tread wear evenly from the edge to the center, is that right?

How are you checking your mileage? Are you doing the math when you fill it up or are you going by the computer readout on the dash. Using the computer readout is very inaccurate.
