Question Do You Know This Guy?

My Cruiser came with this little fella stuck to the back window, I failed to ask the previous owner what it ment..did a seach, but can't find anything.
Do any of you guys know what it stands for?

Yes that's Dolf the duck..... East Germany's answer to Donald in the 50's..... Donald stomped his guts out in the Berlin arena JULY 55. The Canadian version, Danny, believed in a peaceful solution and the world still laughs at him..... secretly of course.

BTW.. I Google it, and got something entirely different, however.. it seems like not too many people know about this little guy anyways..

Lol.. That explains why he's holding a bicycle wheel, couldn't figure that one out..now it all makes sense.
