Default Failing Smog

Check engine light came on. Took it to the dealer. Fixed the problem but it won't pass smog. Dealer and smog station say to drive it 100 miles. There is NO "Check Engine" light. Have driven it 1000 miles since. 2 "Not Ready" monitors come up on the smog check. Dealer says"Bring it in." Spent too much already. Any ideas? It's a 2004 PT Turbo.

It's not just the amount of miles driven. It's more the amount of starts, shut downs and restarts. If you have already done a lot of that, I'm out of ideas, though.

Had the same issue with my son's PT. Haven't yet been able to smog it because it's off the road but there are posts on here that suggest to get the monitors "ready" that you drive it on the highway with the cruise on at 55MPH for about 15-20 miles, then drive straight to the smog test station. According to various members on here that usually does it.

As I said I haven't been able to get ours smogged because it's up on ramps getting fixed for other things so I don't have first hand knowledge.
