2008 PT'S Pass. Rear window self lowered and stays that way, others work, so how do i check, replace the center 4switch?

not trying to be a wise guy, but start with the obvious: REAR WINDOW WENT DOWN BY ITSELF AND WON'T GO UP!!!

Sometimes the TIPM needs a reset. To do this unhook the negative, push the brake pedal a few times and wait about ten minutes. Then hook it back up.
