Probably a dead cell in the battery. Not had any experience with that battery.

Their double and triple A batteries are great. Use them all the time....and now come with a 10 year guarantee.

we have these in 3 cars at my house. no issues to report. the DEKA have an 18mo warranty. i paid $40 for mine. a $70 battery with a 3yr warranty sounds like a deal to me.

my girlfriends family has a spare GTP they drive when a car breaks. i put a deka battery in that last year. that car has a short somewhere because it's been totalled like 5x. anyways, her starter broke last week, so we went to get the GTP for her to drive. it was completely dead. completely. i jumped it, it took a charge fine, and ran great the whole time her car was getting fixed. nothing wrong with those batteries IMO. im rockin' one.

If they are the AGM batteries, you will like it.

O Boy. I was in a auto repair place the other day and the guy charged $145 for a battery to go into a Honda Fit for a little old lady. I was just sitting there reading my book but I could not help hearing that. Rinky Dink operation, I think that is the last time I will go there.

actually, don't hate the mechanic just yet: the honda fit has a weird sized battery designed just for that car.

here check it out: Replacement Battery for Honda Fit? - Car Talk
or better yet, click this one: The dimensions are 7"L x 4-3/4"W x 8"H. This, according to Honda, is a 151 series battery.
