Have seen this on Jeep Cherokees...Engine won't start, "no buss" displayed on the odometer, and guages not working...the cause is a bad CPS (crank position sensor). A relatively common problem on Cherokees but not sure how it may relate to the PT.

The No#17 (IOD) fuse in the engine compartment is really hard to tell if it's bad.

So you changed a motor mount and then the problem showed up?

Did you do anything to the electrical, disconnect anything or inadvertantly do something to the wiring?

No bus usually means toast PCM or BCM?

I would disconnect the battery and then reconnect it.

It could also be a bad instrument cluster, or the connection between the cluster and PCM.

Hey already fixed the problem it was a lose battery cable.

Sometimes things are just simple!

In any situation specifically on an computer control vehicle that the gauges go wacky always look for the battery and the connections first.
