Default dash lights at dusk

Is there anyway to brighten the indicator lights? I have a 05 PT and its hard to read the dash light especially at dusk and dawn. I have the stalk turned all the way up. At complete darkness its ok but until then the speedo is hard to read.

Thanks Jeff

one of the *cough* few things that chrysler engineers didn't do their homework when designing the pt.

yes, extremely aggravating.

Besides dusk and dawn, I can't see my guages in any kind of daylight. Put sunglasses on and your only guessing how fast your going. Of course I'm not really worried about being pulled over but it would be embarrassing.

I found a work around for this problem: as long as it isn 't dark enough you can turn the dashlight simply off at the MFS and the meters are readable again. When it gets darker simply turn the light on again
