Default MFS Replaced. Right fog light issues

I recently replaced my MFS with a new one from Advance Auto Parts. Mine went out in August of 2012. Both Lights worked before then but now only the left one works. I tried a new bulb and tested it with a multimeter. It's not getting any power?

Possibly ways to fix/my thoughts

1. Wire the two fog lamps together
2. Run Both lights to an independetn switch and return the mfs
3. Ask for help

Anything is possible with some sweat and elbow grease!
