Default **Multifunction Switch How-To Video**

Hey guys,

So here is my latest PT Cruiser video on How To Change the Multiswitch. I am also working on a video about how to find a short in a PT Cruiser.

How to Change a Multifunction Switch in a PT Cruiser - YouTube

I hope this helps fellow PT Cruiser owners!
Let me know what you think

Hey Dog,
That video was great! Very clear, easy to follow.

Sorry to say this, but I hope you start having lots of problems with your Cruiser.

Your documentation skills are superb.

Thanks a lot man! Comments like this make it worth it! I try hard to make the best how to video I can so people can easily follow and fix their own car, even if they have never picked up a wrench!

It cost $60 at autozone, $90 at pep boys, and $120 at Advanced Auto... I got mine at autozone

It is so easy! You will have no problem at all! Just make sure you have a set of torx (star) bits.

Excellent video, thank you! I pulled out my fuse last summer when I noticed fog lights were popping on. Future project for sure

Great video, but I have a 2006 and the switch mounting is a little different. I was unable to jiggle the multi function switch out after I took the two screws out (they were located more forward and the switch assembly seems to have some type of snapped or tabbed in collar like connection to the steering column), so I put it back and came to the forum.

The issue is that my windshield wipers won't go off, so I am sure it is the multi function switch.

Anybody out there know how to remove the switch on a 2006 or maybe later?

Thanks,
PT Rick
