Default HELP! if you installed new design tensioner

What the procedure to get it on and to the correct position. Can't find any instructions and the old style is totally different. There is a bolt in the center that is a 13mm and a spot for a 1/4" socket end to turn it either direction. Thanks

I have a fancy extension cam and can see the tensioner real easy. The instructions work but have no idea how else you would see the alignment marks and know your in the right spot without it. Bought mopar kit and no instructions!! Never would have gotten without your guys help

Daven; I never tried the fancy extension camera for the right spot. However, I have had good luck with the audio test method. If I hear a scream, I know I'm getting pretty close.

Here is a pic of that adjustment? A common automotive mirror dose the trick!
