01 pt crusier i have a code 1490 and 1495 i know it the high and low realay circuit.i put new radiator fan still doesnt come on when up to temp is it possible that the pcm is bad"

The PCM is in the mix of things to check to get the fan to come on as well as the relays and 2 fuses. One in the interior fuse box, one more in the PDC in the engine compartment.

ok all fuse r good and i checked continuity at the pdc to fan and to the pcm and that seam to be good

o and the ac dotn work now all so and the car is in limpmode for the trans and the evp code

Best thing to do is find someone with an OBDII scanner. That can turn the high or low speed of the fan on and off and checks the PCM and relays and fan speeds.

i have a small scan tool i tryed to clear code but no luck my scantool wont let me turn them on

A/C is gone too, as well as being in limp mode for a trans and evp code

Yea, it's time to see the professionals with an up to date scan tool.

Did you by any chance just happen to pick up this PT after it's been written off by some insurance company? How did it get in this shape with all the problems?
